@Anil : The price per sq ft will be around Rs 4550. Currently the project is under construction.

@Anil : If you are planning to invest in Yeshwanthpur, it can be good option as you can get good returns in future. As per my knowledge it is good for long term investment. But I would also suggest you to do good negotiations on the prices as normally builders don't do negotiations.

KJMR Residency is located in Yeshwanthpur. Yeshwanthpur is a developing locality having lot of residential activity along with infrastructure development projects. Yeshwanthpur is surrounded by densely populated localities such as Rajajinagar, Malleswaram, Mathikere, Jalahalli, Mahalaxmi Layout, Nandhini Layout and Sadashivanagar. There are many nice malls coming up here and this area has potential of high spending customers. Good connectivity, number of households and infrastructure make this area upcoming.
