I recently bought it at Rs.2900/-
so has the Price come down,, is there any problem ?

Yes the builder may be good but if the property price has gone down then in future the appreciation value will also go down.

Vmaks Heights is under construction and it is expected to get completed by April 2015. There will a total of 120 flats in this project.

As far as I know, BBMP and banks like Axis, ICICI, HDFC, SSBI, DHFL and LIC has approved the project.

The project is located off Hosur Road ,close to Biocon. Narayana and Hrudayalaya and Electronic City. The rate per sqft going on is Rs 3300. The price of the apartment ranges from Rs 34 lakhs to Rs 52 lakhs.
