I would like to bring to the notice of the netizens, that this builder do not have the track record of keeping up the promises made w.r.t development of layout. His previous project was Origin Harmony Grooves Layout wherein he promised park, swimming pool for villas, and A Khata for the sites. He backed off now and behaves rudely with the owners when they ask for it. Tiil date (2 years from the development of layout) He has not provided the basic electricity connection for the Layout. Once all the plots are sold he will just escape from his responsibilities. Be very cautious while buying the plots.
