Q: I have made a booking with Kashish Manor ONe, Sec 111, Gurgaon. The agreement talks about a Price Escalation Clause. Whatever be the construction cost of the facility, at the end of 3 yrs, a buyer shall have to pay for inflationary cost. This can increases the price significantly more than the agreed price. Say, Inflation is 7% pa. This makes it an additional increase of 30% in price of apartment.
I am contacting the management but to no avail. Request other KASHISH MANOR ONE owners to take note .
Kashish Developers will deliver on time as there construction is in full swing the chances of escalation will be very less. Or builders do it to avoid any exponential or extreme price inflation of cost of construction.
I have booked a flat in SAIL CITY of Kashish Developers in 2008. They have taken entire amount of flat, also registry and mutation has been done. But yet to get the keys. So this is their project commitment.

Hi Rohan , I know it is very much injustice , if they want extra money. Because the why will you pay extra on the property you got long back. I think in this case, you can take a legal help, who can tell you a perfect way out.
