Q: Anyone in this forum booked apartments in this project? Please provide me some information about the project

Has the project has bank approval and what about the water connection, approach?? Any new infrastructure developments shaping up near the project?

Yes the project has obtained all the required approval from BIAAPA. Since there is no cauvery connection in this layout, as off now it is only borewater. Connection will be provided in future.

The apartments are 80% vastu complaint and there is huge scope for appreciation in future since the area is booming with many residential and commercial activities.

When the project was launched and what is its completion date? Is the project approved and what is the present price per sq ft?

The project was launched 1 year back and its possession date will be around July 2016. Yes it is approved by BIAPPA and its current price per sqft is Rs. 3690 per sqft.

Ozone Pavillion is a part of Ozone Urbana consisting of 10 blocks of 9 floors each varying from 2 to 3 BHK. The area for 2 BHK is 1170 sq ft whereas the area for 3 BHK is 1648 sqft.

We have few very good Projects Ultra Luxury and Premium projects in and Around Sanjay Nagar, Cunning Ham Road, Brigade Road, Hebbal, Jakkur, Yelahanka and off Bellary Road and and on Bellary Road.
