Where is the project located and how about the connectivity?

The project is situated in Devanahalli close to International airport. The project is surrounded by many reputed schools, colleges, places of worship, supermarkets and railway stations. The connectivity to the project is excellent as one can zip across the elevated flyover once it is completed to reach the airport. It is also well connected by 6 lane expressway and is close proximity from NH-7. Bus services are excellent with frequent intervals.

Yes the project has approval from BIAAPA and possession date will be approx Dec 2016.

Initially a down payment of 20% has to be paid at the time of booking and the rest at the time of posession. From investment perspective, it is an excellent option to book a flat as it will show definite signs of appreciation in coming years, as the locality is booming with many residential and commercial activities in recent times.
