Can you name some reputed schools and colleges ? How is the social infrastructure there ?

@Vivek : Some of the reputed educational institutes within the radius of 6 km are Padma Seshadri Bala Bhavan Senior Secondary school, Sri Krishnaswamy Matric Higher Secondary schhol, Springfield Matriculation & Higher secondary school, Annai Velankanni Matriculation school. Colleges such VKK Vijayan College Of Engineering, Meenakshi College Of Engineering, Jawahar Engineering College is just 4 km from KK Nagar.

@Vivek : Amenities such as Garden, 24Hr Backup, Security, Intercom, Gymnasium have approval for home loans in this project. Yes, and I liked the location as well as project.

Landmark Shubha is located in P. T. Rajan Salai, K K Nagar, Chennai. Heard that kitchen platform will be finished with glazed ceramic tiles of size 8” x 16”. Which unit are you planning to buy ?
