As far as I know the project has got approval from CMDA and you can avail home loan from all major banks.

Hi,
Proposed 60 ft road and water quality is ok as once only I tasted the water from bore-well. Some more GC are coming around as palm rivera , Naveen's hill view and temple waves. So chance of becoming a good locality. Can you tell us if it is for investment or for end-use ? I am looking at investment purpose, though prices seem cheaper with this builder.

For me, presently Amarprakash Palm Riviera , Chromepet, Chennai is for end use. About builder, I read some bad comments in ds forum but yes against all builders. My main attraction point s price. No one can build bad quality house in 3 big GCs and run away after.

According to me it would be very good idea if you are planning to buy property in Chrompet. Chromepet located in the main part of Chennai South. Close to railway station. Developments along the Radial Road is amazing & also the flyovers make its traffic free. Chrompet is in close proximity to grand trunk road (GST road), Tambaram and Pallavaram.
