wanted advice on vgs devolopers

Q: Hi All,
i wanted your valuable feedback on VGS builders and their upcoming project near singhsandra lake-LAKE FOREST.the location and pricing are attractive.but i am little afraid about the property legality and related issues.i came to know that SBI is not aproving loan for this property.also if their website information can be relied almost 80 % flats are already gone.if anybody has booked or have any information about the project please guide me.

With regard to property legality and related issues you can clarify all the details with the builder itself and also you can consult the existing owners about various aspects. You can also find out if SBI are offering loans and can also collect details from customers who have booked a flat in Lake Forest for house loans.

The project is just 10 mins drive from Forum Mall and located at prime location with quick appreciation value. It is gated community with natural view of nature and hardly 5 mins drive from Electronics City.
