Q:Hi All,i wanted your valuable feedback on VGS builders and their upcoming project near singhsandra lake-LAKE FOREST.the location and pricing are attractive.but i am little afraid about the property legality and related issues.i came to know that SBI is not aproving loan for this property.also if their website information can be relied almost 80 % flats are already gone.if anybody has booked or have any information about the project please guide me.thanks in advance.
