Banks like HDFC, Axis, SBI, Punjab National Bank, Karur Vsyya Bank, ICICI and Kotak Mahindra Bank are providing home loan for this project. There will be 70 exclusive residence and it will be a Ground+11 floors. It will have 3 blocks with 22 to 24 apartments each block and only 2 apartments per lobby.
