Q: My budget is around Rs 2 cr to 3 cr and I am planning to buy a property in Krishvi Bougainvillea, Are there any property available for sale?

I am planning to go for a site visit this Sunday before that i want to know how many projects have been completed by Krishvi Projects and how is their track record?

Krishvi Projects P Ltd., a construction and development company based at Bangalore, India. Krishvi Projects P Ltd., was started in 1995 and the main goal is to provide and expand opportunities for all the consumers so that all can have safe, decent and reasonable housing. They have successfully completed 6 projects in Bangalore.

Any idea what is the rate per sqft they are quoting and is the project approved by BBMP. Can I take home loan from SBI for this project and when is the project getting completed?

The rate per sqft going on in this project is Rs 16,000 and the project is under construction. The estimated possession date of the project is by June 2014. The project is known to be approved by BBMP and banks like Corporation Bank, Bank of Baroda and HDFC. So I do not think you can take home loan form State Bank of India but you can visit your nearest SBI and check if they can arrange home loan for this project.

Hey Eklavya, Krishvi Bougainvillea is a mix of single level and duplex apartments, there are a total of 7 exclusive apartments with state of the art features and facilities. I do not think you will get any apartments in this budget as the price of the apartment starts from Rs 3.06 crores excluding registration. You can talk with the builder and try to negotiate with him or you can go for group buying.

The concept of ‘group buying’ is fast catching up with the home buyers in the city. This helps in a better bargaining position for the home buyers if round 10-12 like minded families come together and approach a real estate developer for booking apartments.
