Q: i am planning to buy a property in Tirupati Marina. How much will a 2 bhk cost me and who is the builder of the project and how is the reputation of the builder?
Tirupati Marina is in close proximity to reputed schools, colleges, supermarkets, Banks and hospitals which are just 3 kms radius from the project. The apartments are also situated amidst lush greenery and natural surroundings. The locality is pollution free and far away from hustle bustle of the city life. The builder has taken all necessary sanctions and approvals from concerned bodies.
I am interested in booking a property in Tirupati Marina which is located in Thane East. Is the project close to schools, malls, hospitals and banks?? Have the projects got all the required approvals from builder because I don't want to face any problems in future?? Need you suggestion.
What I suggest is that it will make a better option if you opt for a flat rather than an independent house. Many housing projects undertaken by reputed builders are coming up in Thane East. You can choose your requirements and budget and book accordingly. Flats offer more safety and good amenities when compared to independent houses.

Tirupati Marina is located in Thane East and is hardly few kms from Thane Railway Station. The builder is providing standard basic amenities like swimming pool, play area, club house, gym, 24 hr power backup, garden and full fledged security system with intercom facility.
The rate they are quoting is Rs. 6600 per sqft and the project is under construction. Work is going on in full swing and possession is likely by Dec 2016. Tirupati Marina consists of 4 blocks and each block has 18 floors with well laid out amenities.
