Hi Bhuvan Firstly I wold like to say that this project is a sold out project . You can try for resale from the market. Secondly the project is very costly I feel. All ok that a reputed builder and all. But Can any one justify why so much price ?
True this is a bit costly project but the location, the size of the unit and amenities all matters right. The sizes ranges between 20000-3300 sq ft. And the booing opened with Rs 7500 per sq ft. Hence now the price will be more. They are quoting Rs 12000 per sq ft. Mainly because of the amenities and location they are quoting so much!
This is one of the best luxury project available in that area and I would still say that this is a most reasonably priced apartment so far. Wait till the Dwarka Expressway is complete and this project will shoot up beyond 9000 easily. There are a lot on offer from Emaar MGF if you compare the similar kind of luxury properties (Puri, CHD etc) in the same area. I would suggest you to go for it.
