The rate per sqft they are quoting is Rs 13,000 and the project has got approvals from BBMP. The structure consists of Basement, Ground + 3 Upper Floors having a total of 8 Apartments of approximately 2450-2700 Sq ft.

The project has been launched seven months before and it is under construction now. The expected possession is by end of this year. Sterling Finsbury Park by Zaffars Sterling Estates is located at Off Ulsoor Road, Haudin Road, Bangalore. HDFC and ICICI have approved the project.
