Hi Niranjan, Got to know that the final price for 1 BHK flat in Saaga Janka Devi including registration, stamp duty and other charges comes to about Rs.65 lakhs.
Actually they are quoting Rs. 48 lac for 1 BHK and rate per sqft is Rs. 8100. Seems to be a good investment option according to me since the area is growing by leaps and bounds in recent times. You will get good appreciation value in future. There is no doubt about this!!!.
Spoke to one of the executive and came to know that slum has been cleared and SIPL has undertaken redevelopment of this locality. The project is near to Cadbury factory and is easily accessible from Eastern Express Highway. It is barely 4 kms from Thane station with many schools, colleges, hospitals, banks, multiplexes and malls coming up around the project.
Yes the transport and connectivity is excellent as there are many state run buses having a stop near the project. Infact Thane station is not very far from this project. It is approx 4 kms from where one take take shuttle autos and buses to reach the project site. Infact well connected.
Heard that there is a slum where the project is being located as a result will the approach to the project will get hindered. What about the connectivity and infrastructure available. Need your guidance pertaining to this.
Saaga Janka Devi consists of 1 BHK units covering an area of 648 - 760 sqft which is located in Vartak Nagar. The amenities provided are childrens play area,landscape garden, recreation facilities, indoor games, gym, club house and host of other amenities. Right now the project comes under MHADA but will come under TMC shortly.
Want to know what are the units available and amenities offered by the builder?? Is the project approved by concerned authorities. Kindly let me know as I have plan of investing a flat in this project.
Came to know that the project has been launched and work has been commenced couple of months back. Got in touch with the executive and said that possession for the same will be around March 2017.
