The payment structure of Shravanthi Pragathi is as follows:
Booking Amount - 5 Lakhs
At the time of Agreement - 20% On The Total Cost At the time of Foundation - 10% 1st Roof Slab - 10% 2nd Roof Slab - 10% 3rd Roof Slab - 10% 4th Roof Slab - 10% 5th Roof Slab - 10% At the time of Walls & Plastering - 10% At the time of Flooring - 5% At the time of Possession - 5%

How many flats will be there in this project? What do you think how is the project and locality for investment purpose? What is the booking amount they are asking for?
Shravanthi Pragathi is a 9 floors structure with 88 flats. As far as i know they are asking Rs 5 lakhs as the booking amount. The project is near to malls like Total and Spencer Mall. Good hospitals are also near by. I think it is a good idea to invest in this project as well as locality.
Sarjapur road stands equal posh residential localities of the city such as Indiranagar or Sadashivnagar. The majority of the area is residential but side by side, it is also developing its commercial space.
Sarjapur is slowly and steadily blooming into a commercial sector. Almost all the popular developers and builders are investing in real estate of this area. The investment in the area is liable to be fruitful and turn out as smart money.
Hey Parag, Shravanthi Pragathi is one of the ongoing project by Shravanthi Shelters and the expected possession date of the project is by 2015. The project offers 2 and 3 bedroom apartments with size ranging from 965 sqft to 1500 sqft. The price of a 2 bhk starts from Rs 27 lakhs onwards.
Hi Parag, I am thinking of booking a flat in this project but not yet finalized. The rate per sqft going on in this project is Rs 2800. BBMP has approved the project and you can take loan from banks like LIC, Axis, HDFC, ICICI and Indiabulls as these banks have approve the project. :) :)
