Dreamz Sadhya offers 1,2 and 3 bedroom apartments with size from 650 sqft to 950 sqft. According to the sales representative of Dreamz GK, BBMP and bank ( HDFC, Axis and LIC) approvals are under process.

Dreamz Sadhya is a G+5 floors structure with186 apartments. The project is under construction and the estimated possession date of the project is by mid of 2015. The rate per square feet they are quoting is Rs 1500 approximately.
