Whether the builder is reputed does not matter if he has not kept promises for phase 1 people. even phase 2 is delayed almost a year. People do not have proper parking from last 2 years. I guess, you need to check with owners and residents from phase 1 and 2(as many as possible), look at the current situation, and take a decision. Do not get fooled by people providing positive comments online. They might be the ones sitting in builder's office ;) and doing this in their free time when there are not enough inquiries.
The Builder has completed Phase I almost 2 years back but has not been able to give parking to the owners till today, the club house and other amenities look distant possibility. I am one of the owner here.
Hi Bajirao Please ask with the builder directly what is the issue behind not providing car parking and other amenities as per agreement paper. Also try to make a common group of other owner of this project and take help of legal person.
They have sold more parkings than available at phase 1 of this project. Also, there is no possibility of Club house that it will be constructed. Look at present quality of painting of existing buildings.

Will anybody tell me some of the schools and hospitals located near Samarth Carina as I have school going kids and old age parents as I am plans of booking a flat in this project. Your advice will be off great help to me.
Samarth Carina is situated in Thergon in Pimpri-Chinchwad zone in north Pune. The flats offer everthing to suit ones expectations. It is located at developing area of Chinchwad and is at close vicinity to Birla Hospital, schools, colleges, markets and banks. The apartment is also near to old Mumbai-Pune highway which serves as an excellent connectivity.
Heard that they have completed the project and is ready to occupy. Samarth Carina is one of the most known residential developments in Pune. The apartments has 13 floors and consists of 2 BHK. The flat costs Rs. 65 lakh onwards and offering some splendid amenities such as 24 hr power backup, gym, jogging area, club house, Wifi connectivity etc. Yes the project has got all approval from PMC.
Hey, came to know that Samarth Carina is being constructed by Khinvasara Builders. Came across that they have many projects in hand in Pune and are one of the esteemed builders. The construction quality is good and they have given the possession of most projects well on time without much delay.
