What is the current status of construction, its very very slow, its been almost 5 years now. Still awaiting possession.

Hi,

Heard that amenities include club house, landscape garden, Wifi connectivity, jogging track, 24/7 power backup, gym and swimming pool. They have launched this project in year 2010 and price at the time of launching was Rs 5000 per sqft. Also came to know that the prices are slightly negotiable. Hubtown Greenwoods is located in Pokhran Road 1 close to Eastern Expressway Highway and just 3 kms from Thane station. The project is also near to schools, colleges, markets, banks.

Hey what about the amenities provided?? When was this project launched and what was the launching price as I have an eye of investing in this project. Is the project in a good locality?? Do let me know about it.

Hubtown Greenwoods has totally 8 blocks and consists of 1,2, and 3 BHK units. The price for 1 BHK is Rs.64 lakh, 2 BHK comes to about Rs.84 lakhs and 3 BHK costs Rs. 1.04 crore. Actually they are quoting Rs 10500 per sqft.

Yes even one of my close relative have booked a 2 BHK flat in Hubtown Greenwoods 1 year back.

Got in touch with executive and got confirmed that possession will be around Dec 2014.
