Infact both the localities are experiencing good appreciation value. You can invest in property in Ghodbunder Road or at Pokhran Road. The recent trend says that Ghodbunder Road witnessed an appreciation of 6% and Pokhran Road experienced a growth of 25% in property values. To me both the localities sounds good for buying or investing in a property.
It is a good locality to reside in Thane west. The area is prospering both residentially and commercially. It is near to Cadbury factory and at close proximity from Eastern Expresswy Highway. Thane station is just 4 kms from the project. Beside there are reputed schools, colleges, banks and malls present near the project.
Is the locality good for living and is it worth to invest such huge money. I am from Kolkata and will be reallocated to Mumbai shortly?? Kindly advice.
They do have 3 BHK too in this project and the cost comes to approx 2.04 crore for area measuring 1780 sqft. They are charging Rs. 11500 as per sqft rate.
Hubtown Siddhi has 2, 2.5 and 3 BHK flats. Since you are looking at 2 BHk flat the cost comes to approx 1.42 crore. The project also offers good amenities like children play area, garden, intercom, 24/7 power backup and internet connection.
Actually heard that Hubtown Siddhi is located in Pokhran Raod. It is one of the ongoing projects developed by Hubtown builders. Heard from the executive that possession will be around Dec 2016 or Jan 2017. Work in underway in this project.
