The project is itself within a township and enjoys all basic amenities like super markets, banks, pharmacy stores etc. It is at close proximity to Hiranandani Business Park, reputed schools, colleges, Cinemax, Wonder Mall, close to retail food outlets like dominos, Pizza hut etc and is just 30 min drive from Thane station.

Wow!!! sounds Awesome to be near to all retail outlets which are within striking distance from the project. One need not travel to far away places since everything is available within the townships.

Since I am planning to buy a buy a flat in this project, how well is the project from connectivity point of view?? Do reply about it???

The units has 1 and 2 BHK and the price for 1 BHK comes to approx 73 lakhs for area measuring 630 sqft. They are quoting Rs. 11500 per sqft rate.

Heard that the project is under construction and possession is likely by Dec 2016.
