The region has easy access to most of the locality in the city. It is accessible through Roadways via buses. It is barely It is 35 km from Bangalore and 5 km from Hosur on NH 7. The Real Estate has been also blooming slowly and steadily.

I am planning to visit the site this Sunday if at all I get time and i have done some research about the same. The project is under construction and possession date is by end of 2015. PNR Pride is spread over one acre of land and it will have 69 units with a choice of 2 and 3 bedroom apartments.

What is the status of the approvals and what is the present price per sqft going on?

The project has been approved by BMRDA and banks like LIC and SBI. The current price per sqft going on is Rs 2800 and they are ready to negotiate slightly.
