Hi Guys

I had bought flat in Phase 1 and still haven't got possession. Please be careful if you are looking to buy. from past 3 yrs i am told i will get possession next month.....

Dear Rakshit,
Relax and take it easy!!!!! The project has acquired all consent and approvals from TMC under which the project comes into. Many banks have approved for loans like IDBI, HDFC and SBI. You can well approach the banks for getting loans which they have made it even more easier and customer friendly.

Hi Sandeep,
The project has very well connectivity to Thane station which is approx 7 kms. Moreover one can also take the Eastern Express Highway to reach the project. Bus services are good and excellent as many private and state run buses run via this locality to various destinations. There are many good reputed schools, colleges, malls, hypermarkets and banks located in a radius of 3 to 4 kms from the project.

Are any banks providing loan facility to this project?? Does the project is an approved one since I do not want to face any hassle later on if it is not approved by civic body or authority after all its my hard earned money what I am investing??

Hi Praveen,

The project was launched in Sep 2010 and Phase 1 is already been completed and ready to move in. Construction of Phase 2 is in progress and will get completed by Dec 2016. They have 1,2, and 3 BHK units.
1 BHK has an area of 750 sqft and costs approx 57 lakh onwards. 2 BHK have an area of approx 900 sqft and the rate is Rs. 70 lakh onwards. 3 BHK have a total area of 1120 sqft and price starts from 87 lakhs. Amenities include garden, swimming pool, play area, club house, jogging track, gym and much more.

The project is bound in the midst of lush greenery and surrounded by beauty of the nature.There is so much beauty around. The podium garden is well complimented by landscape garden around the project. How can one forget the children play area where the kids have all the fun and frolic. The project is truly astonishing to reside since I stay in Phase 1.

Infact spoke with one of the sales executive and came to know that work for Phase 1 is already been completed and is ready to occupy. The project totally has 2 blocks with 16 floors each and work for Phase 2 is in progress.
