Hey dude, What about the connectivity to the project. Are there any good registered schools and colleges in and around the project?? Is the project an approved one?? Your replies will be very useful for me to take a decision about going ahead with buying a flat.

Hello Deepankar, Actually 1 BHK are priced at Rs 92 lakhs including registration and taxes + stamp duty. The rate per sqft they are quoting Rs. 12500 at present. Got to know that the project was initialized 3 months back.
Hi Padma, Actually construction work is underway in this project and will completed by Dec 2016. Basil Residency has totally 11 floors and has 1 and 2 BHK units. I have booked a 2 BHK flat in this project.
