Transport facility is also good in this locality. School, bank, ATM and hospital are available nearby the locality. Project is 20 min drive away from new town expressway. Reputed schools, Hospitals and hotels are in the vicinity of the project. It is 10 minutes from airport and Salt Lake.
It is the new commercial and residential hub on the north – eastern fringes on Calcutta, just a 10 minute drive from the Kolkata International Airport, 300mtrs from Newtown Expressway & upcoming Kalkhetra Metro Station. It will become one of the most demanding location in coming days.

Lavanya By Orchid Group had launched about two & half yers back and launching price was Rs. 1700/sq.ft. The expected date of possession would be september'2014. This projects got approval under Rajarhat Municipal Corporation and major financial institutions are LIC and India Bulls.
