The rate per sqft going on is Rs 10,000 in this project and the starting price of an apartment will be around Rs 1.20 crores. The project has been approved by BBMP and banks ( HDFC, Axis ) are under process.
Right now the project is under construction and the estimated possession of the project is by end of this year. Mythreyi Sanyog offers 2 and 3 bhk apartments with size ranging from 1137 sqft to 1748 sqft.
