How is the reputation of the builder and how is the real estate market in Banashankari?

As far as I know R V Shelters, a Partnership company. The company's aim is to be prominent providers of superior construction projects and services by consistently improving on the quality.

Banashankari is well developed and is easily accessible from the major destinations of the city. It is connected by the Road ways and recently the Metro line linking the prime localities is being constructed. It is barely 8.1 km from Kempegowda Bus Station (Majestic Station) and 7.7 km from Bangalore City Railway Station via Mysore Road. Further, Bangalore International Airport is only 45 km.

The region is gaining its importance for its Residential. So the Real Estate sector and the investment in the region has a good scope.

The current rate per sqft going on in this project is Rs 4500. The price of a 2 bhk apartment will cost you in between Rs 45 lakhs to Rs 47 lakhs depending on the size of apartment you are looking for.

Hey Dipten, RV Alpha Residency offers only 2 bhk apartments. It is one of the ongoing project by RV Shelter and the project is expected to get completed by mid of 2015. The project is also known to be approved by BBMP.
