How is the amenities offered in the project ? Is the locality safe ?

@Vivek: Amenities such as play Area, Gymnasium, Indoor Games, Community Hal are offered in this project. Yes the locality is good and safe also.

Fast developing area and looking forward to buy few more properties in the same locations in near future. Good business center and good connectivity to all parts of the city and available of malls and good roads leads to all parts of the cities.

Thorapakkam is a very prime and decent locality in Chennai. School, restaurant, bank, ATM and hospital are available nearby the locality. Good connectivity with the other parts of the city. Transport facility is also good in this locality.

@Vivek: The expected completion date will be by oct 2015. The current price per sq ft will be around Rs 6,000.

Hi Sundar, this project is located on Pillayar Koil Street, Okkiyam Thuraipakkam, Mettukuppam. Thorapakkam is a well known place of Chennai. It is the centre place of the city. All major amenities like schools, colleges and hospitals etc are nearby. Road connectivity is also good.
