Hello Shantanu,
Want to know in Thane west how do I choose between different locations when price and connectivity remain the same. What factors can lead to a long-term increase in values? Kindly do clarify.

Hey Vinay,
You should always look at a renowned developer, infrastructure happening in the area and proximity to work locations and other basic amenities like school, hospital etc. Without considering these factors it is quite risky to invest in a property.

Hello Anuj,
Presently the real estate market is going through a boom phase. The market fluctuates like a clock pendulum. As I mentioned earlier one cannot predict the demand and the supply theory for the next 3 years. Hope that prices tend to remain stable.

Hi,
These localities are well connected by major highways, link roads and are close to many good schools, colleges, shopping arcades, markets, banks and hospitals. Though currently these localities are witnessing a good price appreciation, the future purely entirely depends upon the market conditions prevailing at that point of time.

You have not mentioned what is your requirements and the budget. In my view based upon your requirements and budget you can buy a property either in Ghodbunder Road, Majiwada or in Kolshet Road. Since all these localities have many mid range and high range flats catering to individual needs and preferences, you can choose the locality which is near to your workplace.

Heard that they are charging Rs. 1.86 crore for 2 BHK flat in Gala Pride Enclave. The flats have a total area of 1200 sqft. Amenities include swimming pool, club house, jogging track, intercom, children play area, garden, gym and badminton court.

Hello Bikram,
It is one of the ongoing projects developed by Gala Group which is located at Vishnu Nagar in Thane west. The apartments have single block and has 23 floors. It has 2 and 3 BHK units available. Since I have booked a 3 BHK unit, possession is likely by Dec 2016.
