I am one of the customer who bought property from laabh group in Kasarvadavli its been 3 years now, the Builder promised that water connection will be provided however it is still not provided. non of the laabh group associates are helping us.
Do not buy properties from this group especially in Laabh Gloria, kasarvadavli, thane they will falsely advertise about all the amenities however there is is terrible water crises in kasarvadavli
I am pretty sure the similar kind problems are there at other projects like Laabh enclave, bhiwandi, thane & Laabh Neelkanth, kharkarali, thane
they will sell the properties and show as if they will be with you blah blah blah. the moment you pay everything, you are on your own

Hi, Yes the project is wholly approved by TMC. The place is well networked by adequate mode of road and rail transport. TMC runs daily schedules from this locality to various destinations on frequent intervals. Thane station is approx 9 kms. The project is located close to malls, supermarkets, colleges, banks, schools and hospitals which are in a proximity of around 3 kms from the Laabh Gloria. There is no water problem in this area. The apartments have 24 hrs water supply as it has both municipal as well as bore water connections.
Is the project an approved one and how is the connectivity to the project??? Is there any water problem in this locality since I am planning to book a 1 BHK flat in Laabh Gloria shortly.
Hello Ashish, Heard that the builder is providing good amenities like broadband connection, swimming pool, club house, 100% power backup, full time security and 24 hr water. Banks like HDFC, LIC Housing Finance and India Bulls have approved for home loans for this project.
Hi Sankalp, The price for 1 BHK is approx 51 lakhs which includes registration, stamp duty and VAT. The area of 1 BHK is around 680 sqft. 2 BHK's come with price tag of Rs. 73 lakhs including tax, registration and VAT. 2 BHK comes with total area of 990 sqft.
Hello Bikram, Got to know that work has already been commenced for the project 5 days back and completion is likely by Dec 2015. Laabh Gloria has 1 and 2 BHK units having 13 floors.
Wow!!! Good to know that they are completing the project by Dec 2015 if everything goes smoothly without any hurdles. What is the price for 1 and 2 BHK flats in Laabh Gloria?? How is the amenities and which banks have approved for loans??
