IVC road already seems to be quite well layed-out. There are projects by Sobha and Unnathi. There is also a Nitesh project right opposite to this road on NH7. he supposed IVC Road to be 300 ft road is expected to come which will impact the real scenario of IVC Road. You can expect good appreciation in the comming years.
