You have to face traffic problem in this area but I heard that BBMP is planning to build a link road connecting the Bannerghatta Road with Hosur Road. To provide convenience to the residents and commuters of Hosur road, the link road project will soon take its foundation.

Everyone is telling that lot of traffic congestion is there in this area. Bit confused if it is a good idea to invest in Hosur Road. :(

The project is known to be approved by BMRDA. Banks who have approved the project are HDFC, LIC Housing Finance and Axis. Electronic City is just 10 mins drive from the project.

Upkar Springfields offer plots with sizes 30x40, 30x50, 40x60 and 50x80. The rate per sqft they are quoting is Rs 1450. North east Corner plot will cost you 15% extra, Corner plot- 10% extra and east facing-5% extra. Price of the plots starts from Rs 17.40 lac and they are charging Rs 1 lakh as the booking amount.
