I am from Delhi but will be shifting to Bangalore in next 2 months. How is the idea of booking an apartment in this project? What is the floor rise they are asking for and when is the possession?

The idea is really good and the project is from a reputed builder also. They are not charging anything for floor rise and the possession is expected by 2017.

The price of a 2 bhk in this project will cost you around Rs 84.33 lakhs and you just have to pay 10% now and rest on delivery

Since its a property by a known builder, its always a good decision buying a apartment. Its also a Rera registered project. Currently they are not charging anything for the floor rise and the possession has been postponed to March 2019.

The area is also surrounded by many educational institutions, hospitals and IT Parks. the area is also close to Bangalore International Airport. So I feel it is worth investing in this area.

It is predicted that in the coming years, the locality is likely to see a new dimension because of the close proximity to the airport and planned developments. So You can expect good appreciation as well as return.

Hennur is not completed developed and still need to have infrastructural developments. However the locality has bright future prospect. The government is planning to widened the Hennur Road to four lane highway along with cargo road for the International Airport.Currently, investors has taken 70 percent of the real estate market in Hennur and Hennur road.

The project offers amenities such as: Indoor amenities, Gymnasium, Squash court, Provision for supermarket, Table tennis, Pool table, Party hall, Provision for Restaurant, Supermarket, Parlour, Clinic etc

Outdoor amenities are: Swimming pool (with kids pool), Jogging track, Two cricket practice nets,Wave pool, Golf putting, Beach volley ball court on sand and Roof top gazing observatory area.

The project seems to be good for me and I feel investment in this project can be fruitful. The location advantages are: Vidyanikethan Academy 1.5Km.
• Columbia Asia Hospital 6.5 Km.
• Bangalore Baptist Hospital 7 Km
• Big Bazaar 6 Km.

Even i heard that they are going to offer some unique amenities like the complex will have a lagoon at the centre, a wave pool, white sand beaches, snorkelling pool, Koi pond, Paw park for pets, sunken bar, hammocks, beach volleyball, putting green etc. :) :)

The price of the apartments in Purva Palm Beach ranges from Rs 69 lakhs to Rs 1.17 crores approximately with unique amenities. All the leading banks are giving home loan for this project

Yeah I have heard about the project it is in pre launch. Purva Palm Beach offers 2 and 3 bedroom with size ranging from 1232 sqft to 1798 sqft. Purva Palm Beach is located at Off Hennur Road Bangalore. I am thinking of booking an apartment for investment purpose. What say????
