Hey Prasad I think the price per sqft they are quoting is fine. It is a BMRDA approved project. Aamby city is not exactly located at Hoskote, it is about 6 kms away from Hoskote. The project is located on Hosakote-Siddlagatta Main Road. The connectivity is also good from the project 0-min drive to Byappanahalli Metro Station and 20-min drive to Kempegowda International Airport.

Hey Prasad, These days North Bangalore is doing great in terms of investment purpose. You can invest in areas like Devanahalli, Hebbal, Thanisandra. Even Hoskote is a good option for investment purpose.
