Q: Is it worth to buy the plot in aamby city hoskote @1600 per sqft for future purpose ? IS there any developement will happen in near future? how about appreciation in that property?

When I enquired about the project it was told to me that the project will have E Khata. E Khata will have same content as A Khata. E Khata is electronic format of A Khata.

The price seems to be OKAY buy you can try to negotiate if the builder is ready to. Hoskote aka Neo Bangalore is witnessing high real estate activity. The land prices increased by 80 percent in this area. The area is located on the Bangalore-Chennai highway NH 4 which comes under the limits of the main city

The project looks good for investment purpose. As far as I know the project has been approved by BMRDA and banks like HDFC and LIC Housing Finance. There are some other good plot projects in Hoskote like Artha NEO, Confident Althena III and Windsor Township
