Ivy Greens is located within Vedic Village at Rajarhat. It is well connected to the rest of the city by easy access to EM Bypass and VIP Road through the Rajarhat Expressway on either sides. Premier educational institute like DPS Megacity, medical institutions like the Tata Medical centre and the IT Hub of Sector V are close to the project and easily accessible.
Key distances from major part of the city are:-
DPS Megacity: 5 min, 5.5 km
Tata Medical: 10 min
City Centre II: 12 min,10km

I can only say that real estate in Rajarhat owes its growth to its close proximity to Kolkata’s business district. The real estate in this locality is booming every passing day and become the hot destination for many builders as well property seekers. Suppose you are investing here @ 2850/sq.ft, can a good returnafter 3-4 years.

The ROI (Return on Investment) has witnessed an increase of 5% Q-O-Q. This locality has excellent potential for growth and ROI, and investors are likely to see between 15 % to 20% returns annually.

This project is under construction phase and piling work is in progress with 790 sq.ft carpet area. There are 23 towers and each tower has 20 units that means 460 is the total nos of units. In which 90 units have been sold out 370 units are available for booking.

This poject comes under panchayat area and after fulfillment of legal formalities bankers are issuing loan for the property.
It also offers a bunch of lifestyle amenities that include clubhouse, swimming pool, spa, paintball, besides an international standard bowling alley. Residents at Ivy Greens will also have access to all world class amenities at the Vedic Village. Apart from that 3-4 years after possession the developer is going to construct 18 Hole Golf Course which will be the 3rd Golf Course in the Kolkata.

Other charges including covered car parking Rs. 2.5 lacs, club membership Rs. 1.5 lacs and electrification Rs. 150/sq.ft i.e.1.48 lacs.

Even i am looking to buy a apartments in this project and as per the discussion with the executive i found that their is no such issues regarding the road development or any promotor issues with this project.

Rajarhat is not just a residential town but also a commercial space. Real estate in Rajarhat owes its growth to its close proximity to Kolkata’s business district. The real estate in this locality is booming, many buyers are encouraged to buy a flat here. The current price in this area is 3500 to 4800/ sq.ft where the average property price is 3900/sq.ft varies from area to area.

This locality has excellent potential for growth and ROI, and investors are likely to see between 15 % to 20% returns annually. Average land prices are Rs 1800 per sq ft.
