Hi All,

I have invested in Ivy Green in Vedic Kolkata in 2014 May.Now the builder and the marketing agent - India bulls is unable to provide the hand over and they want me to shift in some other tower which I did not like.I asked them to shift me in Smart homes at the same rate of 2850 which I originally spent in 2014 but they are not agreeing. Please advise us what I should do now.My number is 9874181517 - please contact me and assist. HI Rajiv,
Every city has has its own advantages and disadvantages and if you take kolkata's politics as a negative then i would like to say that Kolkata is very safe and cheap city in terms of Mafia Raaj and economically too.

Secondly, located on the outskirts of Kolkata and is a fast growing satellite city planned by the West Bengal government. Consisting of two villages, Rajarhat and Bhangar, this area is being developed in the north eastern parts of Kolkata. This is about three times the size of Salt Lake and is home to many IT companies. Corporates have purchased land in this area with plans of developing them at a later date. It is already home to many residential and commercial projects.

And if you are talking about the Rajarhat's infrastructure, it is also being planned, keeping in mind the future envisaged development. New town is very close to the airport, thus offering air connectivity. The area also offers good entertainment options. Considering the land parcels being acquired by corporates and builders, it is expected that this area will develop well in the coming years. This makes it an attractive investment destination.

Hi Amitava!!!
Let me tell you what i experienced. Investing in Kolkata is a hit or miss affair. Unlike most metropolitan cities of India, business in Kolkata is an affair of a number of political and economic factors. Political, for the most part.
