This project seems to be under construction since 2014. It is February 2019 and is not even halfway...another project LGCL Beautiful World also seems to be in shambles. Can this brand be trusted of late?

What are the good projects coming up in Hennur within a budget of Rs 80 lakhs to Rs 1 crore?

In this budget you can go for projects like Brigade Altamont which is getting completed by 2015, The Wisdom Tree by 2016, Ramky Serene Woods by end of this year, Mantri Webcity by 2017 and Nitesh Hunter Valley by end of 2016. All the projects are by reputed builders.

i do not completed agree what Mr Milind has told.In the coming years, the locality is going to see a new dimension because of the small distance from the city centre, planned developments and the close proximity to the airport. With this the property prices are also expected to go up by 15 to 20 percent in the next one year

I am not in Bangalore but want to invest in this project. Can anyone provide me some feedback about the locality?

Hennur is not completed developed and still need to have infrastructural developments. However the locality has bright future prospect. The government is planning to widened the Hennur Road to four lane highway along with cargo road for the International Airport.Currently, investors has taken 70 percent of the real estate market in Hennur and Hennur road.

Has the project got all the necessary approvals from local body and banks? What are the sizes of property and how many unit will be there?

The project has got approvals from BBMP and from all the leading banks. The project offers villaments and row houses with size ranging from 2027 sqft to 2247 sqft. Around 32 units will be there in this project.

The project is under construction and the estimated possession date is by 2015 end. Current the rate per sqft they are quoting is Rs 5650 but next month they are going to increase the prices to Rs 6400.
