This property does not have OC and CC as false promise given by builder to trap innocent customer. It is a B bhata property not A khata as mention all over sites. Do not fall in trap. Initially all good, once paid money builder will show true colors.

Hosa Road is a very prime location in Bangalore and it is well connected by buses and public transports. Hosa Road is fast developing belt in Bangalore. It is one of the peaceful and safe location and easily connected with all important places. :) :)
I personally liked the project because of the following reasons: 1) Approximately 7 kms from Silk board. 2) 0.5 kms from Silk Board 3) Close to New Paradish School, Azim Premji University, PES School of Engineering, MSM Specialty Hospital, Anugraha Hospital and 4) Approximately 3.5 Km from Infosys and Wipro (Electronic City)

The price of a 2 bhk apartment will cost you in between Rs 52 lakhs to Rs 57 lakhs depending on the size of the apartment you are buying.
The amenities offered by the builder are as follows: 1) Dedicated Covered Car Parking 2) Power Back-up Facility 3) Round-The-Clock Security System 4) Intercom for Each Flat 5) Children's Play Areas 6) Vaastu Compliant with Good ventilation in all Flats 7) Gymnasium on the terrace and 8) Yoga and Aerobic room
The sales person told that they are going to give A Khata. There will be 30 apartments in this project. As far as I know LIC, SBI and HDFC is going to approve the project.
The project offers 2 and 3 bhk apartments with size ranging from 1295 sqft to Rs 1400 sqft. . The rate per sqft they are quoting is Rs 3300 which is applicable only for first few customers. The project has got approvals from BBMP and bank approvals are under process.
