How is the property Supertech Romano
Q: Currently they have an offer on the high floors.how is the location and facilities provided by Supertech in Romano.
Is it worth buying for the price.(~55Lac for 1270sqft). would the price appreciate for this location and housing.
Also, the dec2017 delivery time.

Latest Answer: I also have a 2 BHK flat booked at Renesa and Supertech is not providing any updates which has forced me serve them legal notice and in absence of any reply from them I have registered a written complaint with Kalkaji police station. Hi, whats update on supertech renesa sector-118 project?
Q: hi, I have the same query, what is the status of renesa project ? I have invested on this project last year but there is no update on this so far. the contact person for the project keeps on changing..but the status remained same..unclear!!! Can anyone help me on this pls..

Latest Answer: Hello All, my broker called me yesterday and told me the project has been launched with a new name called Romano and the fencing of the boundary has been done.... Hoping to get a call soon from supertech for the bhoomi pujan now..

Status of Renesa project???????
Q: Hi, last year Supertech is promoting Renesa project like anything. But since last one year no promotion, not any progress. Is Supertech stopped this project or what?

Latest Answer: Hi, even i have many question regarding this project, by the developers past track record they will take atleast 6-8 years to complete supernova and orb. Plus the quality of construction is a big question mark for any supertech project . So this project Renesa have all doubts about the completion.
