What will be the total cost of 2bhk apartment in S2 water grove?

Hey Neelam, the project does not offer 2 bhk apartments. S2 The Water Grove offers 2.5, 3.5 apartment and 3.5 duplexes. The price of the apartment starts from Rs 31.77 lakhs.

The rate per sqft they are quoting is Rs 6400 on wards and the expected possession of the project is by another 24 months.

As far as I know the project has been approved by BMRDA and banks like HDFC and ICICI :) :)
