What are the sizes of plots are project is offering? Are the plots according to vaastu compliance?

The project offers plot Sizes: 30’x50’ (1,500 sq. ft.) and 30’x40’ (1,200 sq. ft.) and as afr as I know all the plots are 100% vaastu compliance.
