Hello Padma, I have booked a 1 BHK flat in this project which is costing me approx Rs 63 lakhs excluding registration, VAT charges and stamp duty. Enquired about 2 BHK and came to know that they cost anywhere around 90 lakhs excluding registration and stamp duty charges.
Dear Lalit, I too have booked a 2 BHK in Emerald Tower one year back. The amenities provided by the builder include club house, swimming pool, 24 hrs security, 100% standby power, 24 hr water, and loaded with other amenities. I think I have made a right decision by booking a flat in this project which is worth off with regard to price and facilities offered.
Hi Rakshit, Emerald Tower has 2 blocks consisting 16 floors which is undertaken by Emerald Group of Builders in Mulund East. Construction of the project is in full swing and builder has told that possession of the same will be given by Dec 2014.
