Hi,
I would like to buy a 2 BHK house in Mulund East for self-use. Is there a possibility of correction in prices in the next 3 -6 months? What could be the percentage of correction and how long can it last?

This is in fact, the best time to buy property in Mulund East and you should not wait for the price correction as you will get the best choices as many developers are launching many housing projects in various sizes and prices keeping in mind the priority of the customers.

Hi Suresh,
The project has been duly approved by BMC and several leading banks like Axis bank, HDFC, ICICI, Kotak Mahindra, LIC Housing Finance have approved for finance with this project. In my view looks to be a good option to invest in this project as prices are expected to take a beating after the budget and elections.

The project is well linked by all modes of transport. It is near to Mulund station which is approx 10 minutes walk from this place. Eastern Express Highway is also at close proximity from the project. CST airport is about 17 kms, Thane is approx 12 kms and LTT terminus is about 18 kms from here. Overall centrally located with easy connectivity to Andheri, Jogeshwari, Borivali, VileParle, Malad, Bandra and Goregaon by taking the Goregaon-Mulund Link Road. One can also travel from Mulund towards Navi Mumbai by taking the Mulund-
Airoli bridge or via Mankurd Link Road.

The project has 2 BHK and 2.5 BHK. The price for 2 BHK comes to approx 1.75 crore onwards which has a total built up area of 1210sqft-1260 sqft. Amenities in this project include jogging track, recreation center, 24 hr water and power, children play area, swimming pool.

Hi Abhijit,
Got in touch with one of the company executive and heard that an old building which was existing in this place was demolished and the project is coming up in its place. Project has been launched and work will soon commence from month of March or April. Most likely the possession will take place by Dec 2016.
