Hey Sandeep, Yes definitely the locality is good from investment point of view. But since the real estate market is ruled by demand and supply and other factors, one cannot exactly say to what extent it will fetch you returns in 5 years from now. Only time can say!!!! Ha Ha Ha

Hi Anuj, The project was launched about a year back and work is underway. 1 BHK costs approx 76.57 lakhs excluding registration and stamp duty and 2 BHK cost about 1.37 crore. This does not include registration and stamp duty charges. The area for 1 BHK is approx 580 sqft and 2 BHK comes with an area of 1036 sqft.
Hi Jerome, For your kind information, I have booked a 2 BHK flat 6 months back. Actually the builder is quoting Rs. 13200 per sqft. The connectivity and infrastructure are excellent from the project site to various places. Mulund station is just 2 kms and Eastern Express Highway is also at close vicinity from the project.
Hi Sandeep, Came to know that it is one of the ongoing projects undertaken by Nirman Group in Mulund East. The project consists of single block and has 16 floors. The project has 1 and 2 BHK flats and mostly the completion will be over by Dec 2016.
