Hello, which all sizes are available for 2 BHks and 3 bhks and also which type of flat will be good for investment and i am looking at a gap of 1-2 years..
Hi Doel, they have a 985sqft 2 bhks and they have 2 sizes in 3bhk which is 1440sqft and 1670sqft. well i have heard that it is better to go in for small size flats if its for invetsment purpose as these go off in resale quite easily...

Well Doel as far as i know...you will have to pay 15% of the amount now and there willnot be another demand for say 10-11 months..so easily giving you a gap of about a year and at which time you can either sellit offor keep it.
Even of you wish to sell off, i beieve there are no transfer charges that are applicable.
As far as approvals are concerned, i was told that they have submitted papers to GDA and it will come through in another month or so...
Hello yash, well its the same project as the project is still in the pre launch phase and they have 2 bhks and 3bhks on offer and the price quoted to me was Rs 2399/sqft +other charges like the car parking, club membership, power backup etc and all this inclusive come to approx Rs3000/sqft. Are you looking for end use or invetsment?
Ok Yash...i think this is a good project to invest and especially now that the GDA has approved a stadium in the vicinity which is just say a km away and this is a 4 side open area and there is aspace for greenery and quite beautifully planned...
