Well Shweta, You are right but nobody want that their reputation is in dark. There might me some legal issues, labour problem and the construction materials not reaching on time. It is a business demand that if you want to sell your goods you have to explain it in a way that customer attract. I had a word with them and ask about the possession and locality, even i visit this locality twice and found that area is in developing phase, some projects are still happening and basic amenities like school, colleges, hospitals and market are in within 2kms of areas. They are giving possession for the property in October 2014.
