I have booked in Yashwin Block B for Vilas Javdekar last year August 2013 under 10% pay sheme however now its August 2014 and still I am waiting for agreement/registration. The builders are not giving proper answers and they keep saying that they are waiting for environment clearance. I already wasted my money...They have not started even..its a plain land..not advice to suffer like me..

Yashwin apartments in Pune by Vilas Javadekar & Associates is one of the best project in the locality till now. They have completed their construction work such as lanterning, walls and pillar works up to 11th floor.
All the units in 2BHK have been sold out only 3BHK in 1482 sq.ft @5050/sq.ft is available for booking.
Yes, anyone can book their flats from 1st to 4th floor.

The price they are quoting currently is negotiable? How many units are constructing under it? Is there availability of units in 3BHK on 3rd or 4th floor?

Hello Deepti,
For your kind information i would like to say that the price they have quoted for this project is not negotiable.
The total no of units they are constructing in this project is more than 300 which is spreading over 3 acres of land.
Yes, you can get your desired units from 1st to 4th floor.

Yes, this project has got approval by Gram Panchayat and proposed PMC. The main loan issuer banks are ICICI, HDFC and Axis.
Currently the outer works like pillar and wall works have been completed upto 11th floors and cemented works are going on. The expected date of its possession would be 1 year from now for "C" wing.
