Registration of DC converted plot

Q: Can a land owner from Doddaballapur sell a DC converted plot without obtaining BIAAPA approval. Will there be any problems at the time of registration

I think it is necessary to obtain BIAPPA for your plot. It would be better if you can take advice from your legal expert in this mater.

Hi Raghu, As far as I know DC converted land requires approvals from town planning authority like BIAPPA, BDA, BMRDA etc to ensure that proper space has been allocated for roads and other amenities as per government rules. Now-a-days DC does not give the conversion order without their approvals.
